10th Judicial Circuit – The Tazewell County Circuit Court adopts the Supreme Court's Electronic Access Policy for Circuit Court Records of the Illinois Courts. Access to the electronic court record will be available consistent with this policy. All protected information will be viewable only by the parties of record consistent with the Supreme Court's General Administrative Order on Recordkeeping in the Circuit Courts and applicable laws. The electronic record can be accessed at any time subject to unexpected technical failures, normal system maintenance, or as may otherwise be technically feasible. The 10th Judicial Circuit also reserves the right to update and modify its policy in regards to fees and costs associated with document printing.
This portal provides searchable access to court case information in Tazewell County. This service is free of charge, and the general public need not register to search for court records. Attorneys and Law Enforcement Personnel are encouraged to register with the site, using the Register Link at the upper right of this page.
